1.        The Bill’s general principles

1.1         Do you support the principles of the Curriculum and Assessment (Wales) Bill?

1.2         Please outline your reasons for your answer to question 1.1

1. RSE is being mandated for with little explanation or documentation to back up this huge & important change.

2. There is evidence of a global roll out of sexuality Education which I believe you people are unaware of, if you are aware then I am afraid you are complicit in child sexual exploitation, this is not welcome in our country and is also a criminal offence.

3. The evidence to support the global roll out was carried out on mostly third world countries.

4. Explanatory notes refer to England where a pilot scheme began encouraging sexual stimulation in 4 year olds, this package is directly from The United Nations, but you guys should already know this, why else would you risk this behaviour or mandate for such a subject from age 3.

5. Lack of Safeguarding & widespread training, therefore a negligent service throughout.

6. Mandated subjects are English, Welsh, RVE & RSE, do you honestly believe these 4 subjects are relevant for adult life & how to function in society? It is a load of nonsense.

7. The Bill makes no provision for parents to be able to withdraw their children from or RSE. I believe this is a breach of parents’ rights to respect for their religious and philosophical convictions under Article 2 Protocol 1 (right to education) and their right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion under Article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

8. You forgot to inform parents that children have sexual and reproductive rights. Part of this RSE is for children to exercise these rights over parents, I’m not sure you even know these exist.

2.        The Bill’s implementation

2.1         Do you have any comments about any potential barriers to implementing the Bill? If no, go to question 3.1

Yes, we are taking you to court if you do not remove RSE from the mandatory element.

RSE is part of a well-documented global roll out of sexuality education, scientific evidence points to models of child sexual exploitation.

The Bill makes no provision for parents to be able to withdraw their children from RVE or RSE. I believe this is a breach of parents’ rights to respect for their religious and philosophical convictions under Article 2 Protocol 1 (right to education) and their right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion under Article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

Not at all, hence why you have gone over our heads after online polls which many did NOT have access to.

3.        Unintended consequences

3.1         Do you think there are there any unintended consequences arising from the Bill? If no, go to question 4.1

Yes, RSE is part of a well-documented global roll out of sex education, this education does not suit our country by way of legislation, research, nor does it take into account local issues. A policy from Swansea cannot be applied to London yet a global roll out of sinister sex education is?

4.        Financial implications

4.1         Do you have any comments on the financial implications of the Bill (as set out in Part 2 of the Explanatory Memorandum)? If no, go to question 5.1

How much public money will be wasted on a court battle? I would like to see the people responsible stand by their convictions & pay for the fallout themselves, but we all know that will never happen.

5.        Powers to make subordinate legislation

5.1         Do you have any comments on the appropriateness of the powers in the Bill for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate legislation (as set out in Chapter 5 of Part 1 of the Explanatory Memorandum). If no, go to question 6.1.

Wholly inappropriate based on the RSE element & no opt out provision.

The Bill makes no provision for parents to be able to withdraw their children from  RSE. I believe this is a breach of parents’ rights to respect for their religious and philosophical convictions under Article 2 Protocol 1 (right to education) and their right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion under Article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
